- Clearance or final sale items.
- Personalized/customized products.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchange assistance.
5. Shipping for Returns
