Dreamland Dolls

Dreamland Babies (Mattel, 1994) are 16-inch dolls with plastic heads/limbs, soft fabric bodies, and brushable hair. They came with rompers, bonnets, and accessories, plus a unique feature: kids could “call Nanny Annie” to register their doll’s name and receive personalized items like a birth certificate and sleeper.
