Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, our return and refund policy makes it easy.

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personalized/customized products.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchange assistance.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
